As the Founder of Nurture Capital, Sanjana specializes in backing early-stage startups, providing them with strategic funding, mentorship, and operational guidance. Her expertise lies in identifying high-potential ventures, conducting due diligence, and fostering long-term partnerships that drive sustainable success.
Before Nurture Capital, Sanjana played key roles in STEP Startups and Women on Wealth, among other ventures, where she led investment strategies, business development, and strategic partnerships. She has also been instrumental in setting up large-scale projects, including hospitality ventures and impact-driven initiatives.
Sanjana holds an MSc in Finance from Manchester Business School and a B.Com (Hons) from Hindu College, Delhi University. She has further strengthened her investment acumen by completing a specialized course in Private Equity and Venture Capital from Indian School of Business.

Reinu Shah is the founder of STEP an incubator and accelerator program in India, dedicated to fostering innovative women led startups. Reinu’s work focuses on empowering women entrepreneurs, driving economic growth, and advancing technological innovation in emerging markets. Her efforts have significantly contributed to the development of a vibrant startup ecosystem, providing crucial support and resources to early-stage companies. So far, the incubator has worked with more than 1000 women entrepreneurs and some of them are on their way to raise seed and pre-series capital. As we speak, STEP is currently working with women micro entrepreneurs and self-help groups in tier 3 cities of the country. The program includes building digital capacities of these entrepreneurs and providing access to capital through banks, government schemes and philanthropic money. Through her leadership, she continues to inspire and shape the future of women’s entrepreneurship in India.
In addition to STEP, Reinu is also the cofounder of Nursedge, a company which exports semi-skilled and skilled workforce globally.
Reinu holds a master’s degree in public administration from HKS, where she was a Mason Fellow and John Galbraith Policy Fellow. Her work has earned her multiple awards, including the EpicChange Global Woman Award, Vijaya Award, and V-WA Leaders Award in Diversity & Inclusion among others.
Prachi Jain is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and LLB with over 15 years of diverse experience in Private Equity and Venture Capital. A CA/CS rank-holder and alumna of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Program at IIM Bangalore, she has led across the investment value chain — from fundraising and deal sourcing to structuring, compliance, and ESG investing. Recognized as one of the Top 100 Women in Finance in India (2020) and an Iconic Women Director (2023), she brings deep strategic and regulatory insight.She has served on investment committees and advisory boards, offering practical and governance-focused guidance to emerging ventures.
